Q: What is the "VCC3.DLL not found" message?

A: 

The specific message is given when a user attempts to launch the main system software without all the program files.

  This is due to the installation of GV-Series software downloaded from the GeoVision website,

but the necessary program version was not previously installed first.

  (e.g: Version 7.0 upgrade requires at least version 6.0 or later versions installed.)

The files on the website are updates and not the full program.
